By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our training and consulting services.
2. Description of Services
RVTools Experts provides professional training, tutorial, and consulting services related to the RVTools application and VMware virtual infrastructure management. Our services include but are not limited to online training sessions, on-site consulting, remote support, and educational materials.
3. Service Packages and Pricing
We offer three service tiers: Start ($15–25/hour), Standard ($30–45/hour), and Enterprise ($50–60/hour). Prices are subject to change with notice. Specific rates within each tier are determined based on project scope, urgency, and complexity. A detailed quote will be provided before any work begins.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. For Enterprise packages, custom billing arrangements may be negotiated. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Training sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled session rate. Refunds for pre-paid packages will be issued on a prorated basis for unused hours.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, documentation, and custom scripts provided during training sessions remain the intellectual property of RVTools Experts unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients may use materials provided during their training for internal purposes only and may not redistribute, resell, or publish them.
7. Limitation of Liability
RVTools Experts provides training and consulting services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or implementation of advice provided during training. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Disclaimer
RVTools Experts is an independent training and consulting company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the developers of RVTools, VMware, Inc., or Broadcom. All product names, logos, and trademarks mentioned are the property of their respective owners.
9. User Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their environment, maintaining appropriate backups before implementing changes discussed during training, and ensuring they have proper authorization to access systems covered in training sessions.
10. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
